Good/fair condition:

• Some marks to the cape, skirt, bottom of bag, inside rim of hat and a large circular mark to one side of the lining of the skirt
• Rusting to the metal frame of the purse

Hat: 20.5" inside circumference (very small)

Belts: Both measure 31" as they are but the hook and eyes can be moved to make smaller
