Gorgeous 1970s Shubette patchwork print maxi dress with matching belt

Feels like a polycotton outer and a cotton lining

Good condition:

• The pleats have dropped in the skirt
• The hem has been shortened by hand
• A very faint patch of yellowing at the edge of one armhole near the armpit
• Some light bobbling to the fabric
• Two spots of wear on the belt where it looks like it previously had a popper
